Workers are added to projects based on expertise and performance on tasks called Qualifications. If you qualify for our long-running projects and demonstrate high-quality work, unlimited work will be available to you.

It is very important that you provide the correct email address associated with your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will need to establish one with an email address that you use.

The pay rate is variable based on the project but pay typically starts at $20 USD per hour.

Not necessarily! The number of hours you work each week can vary depending on your schedule and tasks. Just make sure to meet any required deadlines or targets.

You have the flexibility to set your own working hours and choose the projects you wish to undertake. Work opportunities are available seven days a week, year-round.

We recommend you set aside 1 hour to complete the Starter Assessment, but the timing will vary according to each applicant’s expertise and work speed.

• We are looking for workers with a strong command of the English language, including spelling and grammar skills. Research, fact-checking and critical thinking and analysis skills are critical to be successful.
• Time management skill. Scheduling time for each task and allowing for flexibility. Creating a daily or weekly plan helps you stay on track, ensuring that you’re allocating time appropriately for high-priority tasks.

• While no specific background experience is necessary, we're seeking individuals who have excellent writing and critical reasoning abilities, and who are detail-oriented, creative, and self-motivated. 
• Applicants should have a reliable Internet connection and be fluent in English.
